| EMC Communications (“EMC”) today announced its purchase of Neureal, Inc. with its neureal.com and neurealdomains.com and webzone.com properties, completed Thursday, adding more than 13,000 hosted domain customers.
Neureal built its business on Psoft’s technology - Offering Hsphere’s Automated Hosting Platform. This software offers multi-platform management for windows and linux based accounts. The migration will be quick and easily integrated with EMC’s existing Hsphere infrastructure to avoid any disruption to Neureal’s existing customers.

Neureal customers will see an increase in services that were not possible with their former hosting environment. They will also see the increase in their speed with a new and bigger data connection of 100MB, in addition to the new and more powerful servers they have been migrated to.
